We all need some fancy fruit in our lives. Here’s how to whip up a quick appetizer chock-full of vitamins

Instructions

1. Combine and whisk salad dressing

  • In a bowl, add 80 ml raspberry vinegar, 80 ml honey, 60 ml olive oil and 1 tsp salt and whisk well.

  • Set aside.


2. Cut fruits

  • Quarter strawberries, segment oranges and cut cherry tomatoes in half.

  • Set aside.


Garnish and Serve!

In a large mixing bowl, add salad dressing and toss.[Lay Romaine lettuce on a plate. Add fruit salad and garnish with mint leaves.] Portion onto plates and garnish with fruits. Serve immediately.
