Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat and place all ingredients into the pan to infuse for about 10 min. Remove from heat.
Taking a new cup, pour a cup of hot tea.
Add 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp sweetened condensed milk, give it a nice stir.
Fill a glass with ice and pour tea gently over the glass of ice.
Drizzle 2 tbsp of evaporated milk on top for a final creamy touch. Serve and enjoy.
