In a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
Add the pork and mushrooms and stir-fry with the garlic, then add the prawns.
Continue to stir-fry the meat toppings until it stops clumping together.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp fish sauce and ½ tsp white pepper to the pan & continue to stir-fry for 1 more minute
Remove from heat and set aside in a bowl.
Garnish the dish with 1tsp of spring onions and serve hot
