Prepare one package of RediMix Ketobun portioned into 6 buns.
In a medium sized bowl, mix all the ingredients together (except the pork belly) to make the marinade.
Marinate the pork belly for 30-60 mins.
Brown the meat until it is seared and fragrant. Keep the remaining marinade to cook in the slow cooker. (This is a very important step in order to give yourdish a depth of flavour)
Place everything in the slow cooker and cook on high heat for 2 hours
In the saucepan, simmer for another hour on low heat to thicken the sauce
Have your RediMix Ketobuns ready.
Prepare the lettuce by separating the leaves
Slice the pork belly to approximately 1 cm thick pieces
Arrange them nicely on your Ketobun
