In a bowl, add mashed potato along with garlic, ginger, spring onions salt and pepper and mix well before cracking one egg and combine
Cut the tahu balls with an insection to remove the tofu filling and add the filling to the potato mixture.
Mix to combine
Next turn the tofu ball inside out and add a golf ball size ball of the potato filling and stuff the filling into the tofu
Dip the tofu ball in some beaten egg followed by flour then in the egg again before frying in some oil on medium heat.
