Preheat the oven to 200C.
Get a deep, ovenproof saute pan on a medium heat.
Melt the butter, then add the chopped onions, garlic, green chillies, cumin seeds, ground coriander and garam masala and saute until fragrant.
Add the chopped spinach and salt, and saute until wilted.
Add the cream, water and cubed paneer, and bring to a simmer.
Add the gnocchi and cook in the simmering sauce for 2 minutes.
Take the pan off the heat, and top the gnocchi with shredded mozzarella.Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling. Serve!
| This dish also works with other pasta, if you can’t find gnocchi easily. Just make sure to cook it until al dente first, if you’re using dried pasta.
